Overview

What this work actually looks like.

Therapy at Holding Hope is built for the in-between — the work that happens after the crisis, between higher levels of care, or before things escalate to a place no one wants them to go.

We see individuals, couples, and families. Our clinicians are trained across mental health, substance use, and dual diagnosis — so you don't have to triage your own story before walking in.

Sessions are weekly or biweekly, virtual or in-person in Woodland Hills, and held by a clinician who has already read your records and talked to your previous team before session one.

What's Included

  • Mental health, substance use, and dual diagnosis under one roof
  • Coordination with your prior treatment team before day one
  • Virtual across California or in-person in Woodland Hills

How It Starts

A Careful, Coordinated Beginning.

01

Consultation

A no-pressure call to understand what you're navigating and whether we're the right fit.

02

Care plan

We pull records from prior providers and build a plan that reflects the work you've already done.

03

Ongoing work

Weekly sessions, with your therapist coordinating across psychiatry, family, and outside providers.

You shouldn't have to triage your own story before walking into a therapist's office.
