Overview

What this work actually looks like.

Groups are small, closed cohorts so the work can actually deepen. They're built around the parts of recovery that don't end when discharge papers are signed — relapse prevention, emotion regulation, boundaries, relationships, and identity in recovery.

Held with peers who understand what you're navigating, and led by a clinician who knows how to keep the room safe.

How It Starts

A Careful, Coordinated Beginning.

A brief screening so we can place you in a group that fits where you are in recovery.

02

Cohort match

03

Weekly work

90-minute sessions held by a clinician trained in group process and substance use.
