Overview
What this work actually looks like.
Groups are small, closed cohorts so the work can actually deepen. They're built around the parts of recovery that don't end when discharge papers are signed — relapse prevention, emotion regulation, boundaries, relationships, and identity in recovery.
Held with peers who understand what you're navigating, and led by a clinician who knows how to keep the room safe.

How We Treat
Therapeutic modalities we work in.
Our clinicians are trained across evidence-based modalities and match the approach to you — not the other way around.
DBT Skills
Structured skills groups for emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness.
CBT
Cognitive-behavioral process work to identify the thought-feeling-behavior loops showing up in real life.
IFS-Informed Process
Group process that makes room for the protective parts that show up in relationships and recovery.
Relapse Prevention
Evidence-based relapse prevention work — triggers, warning signs, and recovery skills.
Trauma-Informed Care
Group structure and facilitation that keeps the room safe, paced, and consent-based.
